About the Author
The New York Times described Dr. Laurie Rozakis as "an incredible researcher, an amazing writer" and an amazon.com reviewer praised her "uplifting and empowering attitude," but she prefers the praise she received from her two children: they call her Mom "Da Bomb"! They even put the nickname on her license plate!

Dr. Rozakis lives on Long Island with her husband, Bob, an accountant. When not being "Da Bomb," she is a professor of English at Farmingdale State College.
